Audrey is an Alignment Mentor who helps women discover their true path after realizing the life they built wasn't the one they were meant for.

"I know what it's like to struggle with getting things done, even when you know they'll benefit your life. For a long time, I felt scatterbrained and out of sync. I tried different methods to build discipline, but they didn't work for me. I needed something that felt safe, grounded, and sustainable.
