Consistently dynamic and sweaty, unfailingly meditative and deep, my 60-minute  breath-based flows are designed to get you in your body and out of your head. Carefully crafting each class to be spiritually transformative, my teaching style remains playful and unpretentious.

The intensity is always there, but also progressive and respectful of everyone’s level of practice. Variations are favored and props such as blocks, blankets, and yoga belts are highly encouraged. Additionally, my classes incorporate grounding exercises, guided meditation, and other techniques to promote emotional regulation and stress reduction.

ABOUT ME.

My methodology uses body-based practices to help you drop out of your head and into your inner knowing. By releasing pent-up tension, you can tap into your innate vibrancy and optimize your potential for joy and expansion.

With over 750 hours of certified training in eastern spirituality, meditation, pranayama, yin, and vinyasa yoga, I've held thousands of public classes, hosted multiple international retreats, and facilitated several workshops. My teaching philosophy merges ancient yogic wisdom with modern somatic practices, focusing on nervous system regulation, breath work, grounding, and guided meditation.

One of my signature courses is "Yoga for Visionaries," a comprehensive 200-hour yoga teacher training that empowers students to connect with their spiritual side while achieving personal transformation and professional prosperity. My online academy, the ALIGN Method, integrates ancient teachings with contemporary approaches, emphasizing the intersection of yoga, strategy, and personal growth.

Through my work, I aim to create a transformative space where students can explore their bodies and minds, engage in deeper self-discovery, and unlock new levels of ease and fulfillment.
