As the only kid of a same-sex couple my village has ever known, twice runaway bride, multidisciplinary graduate, and expert-level corporate renegade, I have feared and dared enough for us both. I have also fully embodied the innovative skills that come from having to adapt and exercise the mind-appeasing effects of radical personal agency. I have come to rejoice in those overwhelming, not-so-comfortable, imperfectly timed phases as imminent periods of growth.
With over 750 hours of various certified training in eastern spirituality, meditation, pranayama, yin, and vinyasa yoga, I have held thousands of public classes, hosted multiple international retreats, and facilitated several workshops. My signature courses include ‘Yoga for Visionaries,’ a 200-hour yoga teacher training. My online academy the ALIGN Method combines ancient yogic wisdom with strategy and prosperity with mastery.
